Ocarina files that need permissions are as follows:-

C:\Windows\system32\scrobj.dll

                                 \wshext.dll

                                 \wshom.ocx

These need “modify” and “write” permissions in addition to “read & execute” and “read” which are assigned by default at installation to Powerusers and Users.
