How your data will be used
In the course of our business, we sometimes need to hold certain data either given by you to us, or generated while maintaining or installing a new system. Typically, this data will be network logon credentials, system administrator passwords, staff logon credentials etc. but could be anything from an email address to a computers IP address or even an individuals name and date of birth or maybe an access code to a building.
We take your privacy very seriously, so whatever the data, our policy is that this data will never be passed on to third parties, sold, rented, posted anywhere on the Internet, used for marketing or used in any other way whatsoever and will be used solely for the purpose of maintaining the support services you have requested from us.
If ever it did become necessary to share any data, we would seek your full and explicit permission before doing so.
